The fuse was out because this is a car for my wife, and as such she's
helping me work on it.  When I asked her recently to replace all the
fuses, she left this one out.  I suspect that she used my 5-speed as a
reference for what went where, rather than just replacing what she found
already in the car and that there is no fuse in my car in that spot, or
she just missed it.

I know that Tom's car is the one with the problem. I just decided to
respond
to your post. Again I agree with everything you said. If the trans. is
indeed stuck in Low 2 then someone messed up the internals on the
computer
governor. Can we get any input from Tom? Why was the fuse for the
computer
out in the first place?
