[DML] Re: 245/60Tires and Valve covers

The calibrated nipple into the cold start tube is really small (as are
the vacuum passages after it enters the manifold -- about 1/8").

The brass manual idle screws are never a vacuum leak (unless their O
rings go bad) because every ounce of air they let through has already
been metered by the air sensor plate. Those screws serve the same
purpose as the idle air valve.
