Hi Mike

The hunting on a warm engine indicates that the CO setting is right on the 
border of the ECU control capability.
Has the O2 sensor been replaced along with all the other stuff? I would 
recommend replacing the sensor and checking the operation of this circuit 
with a dwell meter.
There might be other issues as well. The so called warm-up regulator or the 
temperature sensor located the thermostat housing. Check to make sure it's 
still connected and that the connection is clean and tight.
