Re: [DML] The Great Bricklin Controversy (DCS'08 Gettysburg)

On a more serious note:

Isn't there an obstacle course at DCS'08? We could have time trials
through it. Would be more entertaining than straight quarter mile runs.

Some static, in depth, cross vehicular comparisons would be
interesting (Rob Grady or Don Steger paired with their Bricklin
counterparts?). The two vehicles are radically different. Even the
gull wings are engineered differently. We could avoid "better vs
worse" and just concentrate on "different."

A fun competition would be dressed out DeLorean owners versus Bricklin
owners. I'm always amazed by the amount of extra-T-shirt DMC clothing
people wear to these events: hats, belt buckles, pins, etc. If
Bricklin owners do the same, you could pit our most garish owners
against theirs.

And if we're feeling altruistic, we could have some sort of non-profit
fund raising competition. Challege there would be finding a charity
everyone could agree upon.

Or we could just throw food at one another.
