Had the same issue with my interior LEDs after installing.  There is a relay
that you need to pull (don't remember off the top of my head which one it
is) that controls the interior lights to dim before turning off.  LEDs cant

I have this same issue - does anyone know of a way to make the 'door open'
light position work with LEDs?  I don't care about the delay function, but
at least getting the lights to turn on when the doors are open and turn off
when they close...
