[DML] No Start possible fuel problems

Having trouble figuring out my problem?
At first the car stalls out anytime gas applied, it would idle fine, it was fine in the morning.
Now won't start, assuming the fuel pump was going! No fuel @ the fuel dist.
Or am I jumping ahead? How do you test it, I have tried to jump it by creating a jumper from 87 to 30 on the fuel relay. Is that right from what I remember?
Could it be an electrical connection?

  Any suggestions would be helpful?
