[DML] Re: High Idle Speed Cont.



A neverending story - idle speed too high...

the bearings of the butterfly shaft tend to run in
and therefore won't close completely when the engine 
is running.

With the engine off everything is fine.
Try to push the butterflies to close completely
when this problem occurs. it's more likely this problem
then the thermistor.

of course a defekt power stage of the ECU may have the 
same effect by opening the idle motor completely. can you feel
the vibration ? any other idle ECU available to test it ?

bur first test the butterfly thing !
