DOE!! Yup! I understand what your sayin now.  I pulled out the new fan fix 
and looked at it and when I did, your email made complete sense.  All I need 
is a ground.  Thanks  A LOT to Chris, Rob, and all the others for all your 
help, I REALLY appreciate it.  I've pretty much got the relay compartment 
cleaned up and now having the cooling circuit tackled, will make everything 
(other than the door lock circuit) perfect.
