Here at DMCH the bar for 'restorability' is set pretty low.  If the 
frame is sound, even repairable, we're interested.  The body needs to be 
complete and the stainless repairable or replaceable.  Most of the rest 
can be supplied from the inventory.  Lack of and engine or drivetrain is 
literally no problem, often that just saves us the trouble of disposing 
of the old lump.  This particular car sounds like a keeper-look at the 
frame.  The problem for us, as resellers, would be the painted panels. 
If there is a secret beneath the paint, we don't want to be stuck with 
it.  Anyone who takes on this project needs to satisfy himself on that 
point.
