GAS DOOR STRUTS

I have purchased my struts from both PJ Grady and DMCH and have not used non-genuine struts to date. It appears that I'm going to be forced to buy non-genuine as I'm getting absolutely no satisfaction form genuine struts.

Why is it that the pressure in the gas door struts never seems to
last. I'm on my third set of struts in five years. Is anyone able to
provide me with the correct pressure for the door struts as I'm looking at
obtaining a set of struts here in Aus.

Do you use struts from the vendors (PJ Grady, DMCH), or do you try to source your own?

if you aren't using the vendors' struts, you should seriously consider it
this time. if you are sourcing your own, they are probably inferior.
