I think it was Marty from the Midstate club (Illinois) that had a 3rd
brake light that was tucked UNDER the top louver. You wouldn't notice it
until it lit up. He also said that you don't see it in your rear view
mirror.

As I recall, it was a part from a GM truck or something. Marty, how did
you do it?
