In theory, zero, in practice it'd be a tiny amount because no components are perfect. Mainly because of the capacitors used to fire the relays - no capacitor has a perfectly infinite DC resistance, and after 20 years can be less than desirable. This is why I replace the capacitors on all modules I rebuild.
