Tach to Speed chart

This weekend, I was driving back from the Tanglewood (sp) show in N. Carolina (great show by the way, so next year more of you owners out there should come) and was driving rather fast. The speedo needle stopped moving at about 82.5 mph, but I was still accelerating. I am now left wondering what speed I was actually going as no police were around to let me know. Does anyone out there have a crossover chart showing what speeds you should be going and at the corresponding tach reading (especially for 5th gear). If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!
