Steering Column help

How hard would it be to install a steering column with tilt? My legs barely
fit in the car, and are almost enough to make me not want to purchase this
car...but I REALLY want it! If I knew that there was a way of adjusting or
replacing the steering column with tilt or something, that would be a big
help.
