[DML] ADMIN - Vendor Comment Postings

We seem to have started another Vendor Comment Thread - a good time to
restate/clarify a few rules of the list.

As long as the posts are factual ("I called or went in and and such and such
happened") there's no problem, it's just advice to the list (like a consumer
magazine). This applies to complaints or compliments about all vendors or
other DeLorean-related entities. We know that there are list members with
experiences of both kinds, and both types will be posted.

However, posts that even hint or have a tone of a personal attack (i.e.
flame) will not be posted to the list. This is not censorship, just good
manners.
