I know that quick silver does wonders for "Cleaning" rims. This
especially works great in all of the little holes in the DeLorean wheels.
This stuff appears to be fairly (of not very) caustic.....One breath of the
stuff, and you can feel your lungs complaining.
However, this stuff will not fix damaged wheels...it is mearly a cleaning
solution.

ok, are the wheels powder coated? the reason I ask...this guy came up
to me the other day and looked at my wheels and said "Ya know, you can
make your wheels look brand new if you just used a product called
'Quick Silver' by Armoral" My wheels have seen there better days. The
"coating" has chipped off in places. Now my question is...is this guy
right? I don't think he is,, but I'd still like to know for sure
