Scott,

There are two horns on the DeLorean. First, make sure they
are both working. Then marvel at how little sound they
produce.

The front speakers are accessed from under the dash. It is
easier if you remove the seat (it is only 4 nuts per seat,
from the bottom of the car.) The rears speakers are MUCH
more complicated to get to.
