Did you replace the flasher relay with one from a DeLorean specialist? 
Our experiences this side of the pond are such that generic 3-pin ones 
don't work in the DeLorean. I've not investigated why, but it's a 
starting point. I'm surprised the fuse hasn't blown. When you say the 
indicators come on but don't flash - do you mean the actual indicators, 
or that the front parking lights come on?
