If your yellows have turned completelly white, you could install some AMBER 
bulbs and get that
new import racer look!
That might not look bad really.
I am sure there is some sort of amber paint that might work....
otherwise, just buy some new ones.
They will last you longer than you will keep the car, they lasted over 20+ 
years so far!
