[doc] Re: centre console vents

Hi Just done mine :)

Did mine with the radio out, found the best way was to half push 
them onto the vent and whilst reaching through the radio hole locate 
each one onto the rear flange, they are not a tight fit but i 
squirted a little silicone lub on to the inside of each rubber 
sleeve, helped them to slide in correctly.
