Hi Carl,

I'm doing the same thing at the moment with my Derbyshire house
hunt :-)  Lots of nice houses, but if it hasnt got a garage and a
decent driveway (a pre-requisite for D meets) then its off the list!

Mind you, I've just spotted a nice looking detatched property on the
edge of Ripley....garage, can get 2 or 3 cars on the drive....its on
budget...... :o)  Hmm, lets just hope it doesnt go before I can move
out of here!
