Mine (Until I moded the RPM relay), both of Martins and most of the other
cars I have seen don¹t do this.  That¹s why most cars crank and turn over
for a few seconds before catching as there is no fuel in the system to
ignite.

In prototyping our Staged upgrades I have it so that my fuel pump runs as
soon as I turn the ignition to 2 and my Delorean fires up in about half a
turn although I would NOT recommend anyone does this mod.
