Dear all...

A little lesson remembered...

Having had my everyday car stolen off my driveway - ( yes, 
they 'fished' my car keys from 7 feet through the letterbox!!) 
Frenchy is being driven a lot more than I would like.

One of the fan belts started squeaking on startup, but only lasted 
about 3 minutes.

Chris P had told me on handover nearly 2 years ago now, "keep 
looking at the temp. gauge!" Too many engines unnecessarily go to 
PRV heaven.

So after a couple more minutes I noticed the temp. going into the 
caution range! Eek...the belt had snapped off!

Literally passing a garage forecourt, pulled in and with a little 
help from the AA man and his trip to Halfords, the rest is history!

Frenchys engine actually has very low mileage, so it could have had 
a very short life........

Frenchy rides again thankfully.

Keep checking your T's and P's!
