[doc] DeLorean LED Flasher Unit - FOUND IT!!!

Dear all,

For those who are looking for a direct replacement LED
flasher unit for the DeLorean... here is the answer!!
It has been tested, fitted by John Petticrew on his D,
so we should all thank him for finding this out :)

The only downside of this flasher unit is that it
doesn't do the usual 'tic-tac' sound... it simply does
the flash sliently. But for GBP15... It's worth it!!
