Never ones to be afraid of wet weather, Sorbet and Flopsy did a 'flying
drive past' with doors up down the start-finish straight on the Saturday,
which apparently caused quite a few flash bulbs to go off in the
grandstand!!   ;oD

PS - just a quick reminder that it's the 'Wheel Meet Again' Car Show in
Bishops Stortford (quite close to M11 and Stanstead Airport) this coming
Sunday (18th Sept).  I've got a few free passes left which also entitle you
to a free bacon roll.  If anyone is interested, can they drop me a mail and
I'll get your pass out in the post ASAP.  Thanks

Saturday was rather errm..... damp to say the least, but Sunday was much 
better. Chris Hawes did disappear early on Saturday to buy some clothes 
for the gala evening that night. We had 7 cars in total from the 8 
expected, and speaking for my "Lex", it's he last time she'll be out for 
a while now I have to do the steering rack, bushes and ball joints on 
the right front, brake master cylinder and yet another a pair of back 
tyres. As the tax is up, and I've got a new engine to build anyway, she 
may well be off the road now till Eurofest.

The BTTF evening will probably see me attending in Tinny.
