Re: [doc] resto project/deloreans in fields

Hi

In a field? thats some scarecrow  ....

If its been stood in a field (in this country ??), it has been
subjected to moisture coming up from the ground and any vegetation
that has grown up underneath it . You need to really really check it
over, especially the chassis, suspension and brakes etc for rust rot
etc. Any usual problems in the fuel system etc will be there after
standing for so long , with the added problems of being left outside
in all weathers...

Last thing you need is a D with a rotten chassis unless you want to
replace it ...
