That's John Hervey, yes. I can't stand the americanism "SpecialTauto". I
can just about accept the american spelling of "Specialty" (should be
speciality) but that's just awful.... (sorry) I'll just go and eat some
more "freedom fries"....

In engineering terms it's treating the symptoms and not the disease.
