Hi tracey, snap I'm having the same at my place it's only taken two months so far to get the council to agree to the size!!  Mines now shrunk from 20ftx20ft to 16ft by 20ft aarrhh.  We'll have to compare once both are built(Now people might think thats sad but hey who cares).

  a new garage built for my delorean.The foundations are now being put 
  down,Three lorry loads have been already.She is in a garage at the 
  moment but it`s really not big enough.This one is 22ft buy 27 ft so 
  i will have plenty of room to get round him.Just can`t wait to get 
  marti in his new garage,this one will be warm and cosy,
