I am surprised and somewhat taken aback at that comment.
For me to say you know nothing about your car would be foolish and stupid,which I have not said or implied.
I was merely pointing out your confusion surrounding the factory auction and the Culloden auction.
 
As for the comments I made about the dates of manufacture of your car etc,I was writing what I thought was correct from what I've read and been told, in anticipation of you correcting my knowledge and setting me straight if needed.

I have researched the history of my car for the last year and a half and I 
do not need anyone else to tell me what I already know......

My car was built in November 1980 and given its road tax in february 1981 It 
was used for 3 months before being used as a mual for factory trials. When 
the factory closed it and the other remaining cars were refitted with new 
fresh parts and sold in the factory auction.
