I was intending to
fit underbody lights but was worried there might not be a suitable place
to attach them. Is there now a standard solution, that is speed bump
proof??

lights - they're superb and a lot brighter than what's available here (cheaper
too)
Is it possible to link the
remote start into the door mechanism so that the doors open remotely as
well?

It's really easy to make them both open or one open, but
to pick either is more tricky - that is using the same remote as the remote
starter/alarm/locks
