[doc] Email now working!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well after 6 days of severe computer withdrawal symptoms, BT have
finally mended our ADSL line (after our ISP only decided that it was
the problem, not our adsl filter, phone cables and modem
**grrrr!!!!**) and we now have working email and internet again  :oD

For those of you who have been trying to email DMUK, Dave can now
trawl through around 100 emails to find them, or alternatively you can
resend them now. 

FYI, Martin has been away since Thursday, I dont think he's back until
Monday or Tuesday if anyone is awaiting responses from him.

Thanks to Chris Hawes for sending out that email last night for me,
its amazing the inspiration you get sitting in a Chinese take away!!
