You should have a 'fused' link in the bottom left socket with a 20amp fuse on each wire. Also the fan relay look a little odd(this is the 2nd in on left) . You can replace them for £3-4 as they are standard relays. Someone mentioned DMUK can supply them cheap. The ultimate is to replace with a FanZilla from the USA but a little rich for some people at $220. This has several features to help reduce load on the over worked electrical system. The fan circuit breaker should be replaced with a 40amp and ensure all connectors are clean and tight. I would also recommend replacing all your fuses with new ones, checking the connectors as still tight when you plug in the new fuse. Also disconnect the door locking module unless you have had it upgraded, unless of course you dont mind getting locked in!

What I want to know is what is the large object at the top of the pic, above the door lock module?
