I had mine done by AAC (Auto Air Conditioning) Gary Rance 07971 263561.  He
is mobile and based in the Ruislip area, not sure how far you are from him
but he checked out my compressor and regassed it with R24 which is the 21st
century ozone friendly drop in replacement.  I was driving around with it on
1-2 fan speed and in my suit on Saturday..... I remained ice cool..nice!!!

Gary charges around £60-70 from what I remember.

Hello,

I'm having problems trying to find someone to re-gas my d,as the
weathers boiling,and it even hotter in the car,iv'e GOT TO GET IT
DONE.Iv'e phoned up some re-gassing places,one place told me that
he'll be able to convert the car to use the newer style gas,all for
£135,he said it's down to the oil and not the gas,plus he'll give
the air con system a service,and all the work will be under warrenty,
What does everybody think?
iv'e got to get it done soon,otherwisw i'll end up melting!
