Sirs... Kevin has offered a good idea.  Currently the United States Army Ranger Association offers that option, but for the same price.  Also many times everyone gets both for balloting and a return envelope to send in the completed ballot.  I wonder what it would cost to have a limited number of the magazine printed or is the 1000 magazines the botttom price?  If it saves money I'm all for it.

Why not just offer two membership options. A cheaper price for people who
want a pdf version.
