The eLectric DeLorean custom 3rd brake light is siliconed to the back of  the 
top slot of the louvers.  Each two letter group, ie EL  EC   TR  IC      and  
   DE LO RE  AN   has 24 ultra bright LEDs.  The actual circuit is not  too 
complex.  It consists of 3 integrated circuits, one to handle the input  
signals, one to drive the LEDs and the programmable chip that tells which LEDs  to 
light up and when.  I don't have the circuit diagram as it was built by  Tom, 
but the circuit is useless unless you have a computer system to program the  
main chip.   Perhaps if there is enough interest Tom could be  convinced to sell 
a pre-programmed chip.  These chips are easily blown out  so I'm not sure 
just how one would go about making them available to  others.  Of course not too 
many people need a third brake light that says  ELECTRIC DELOREAN, but I 
suppose you could change that to DELOREAN DELOREAN or  some other variation.
