[DML] History of VIN 10785

Does anyone know the history of VIN 10785.  I found it on ebay at this link:

I've actually viewed the car and aside from a few minor cosmetic issues, I can't find anything 
wrong with it.  It's been used, but it's still in great shape and I think it's a steal for the price 
they're asking.  I've been waiting 10 years and my 30th birthday is coming up and I want to 
make it a good one.

If anyone can provide any information or show me where to go to find it, I'd be grateful.
