[DML] Tracking ownership VIN 6513

Hi All,

The VIN list at DML does not show my 6513.
CarFax starts April 18, 1994 in Dos Palos, CA and through a couple of 
owners end up at Cedar Park, Tx where I purchase the car.

Is there anyone on this forum that may be able to aid in tracking the 
car's whereabouts and owners from Nov 81 up to 1994?

I'll highly appreciate any tips, links or advice.

P.S.:
Mr Grimsrud, did VIN 6513 "duck" registration in the DML VIN list while 
that list was being created? I can't find it in there.
