Oil filters don't require a copper washer. The puffy copper washers I ship
with my oil filters is to be used on the drain plug, not the oil filter.

Yeah, I bought John Hervey's magnetic plug, but I forgot to ask if it
requires a copper washer. I know the oil filters do. Now where do I get a
DeLorean oil plug wrench?
