I encounter this same problem with my 84 Dodge Daytona when I went with LED
turn signals and tail lights. When you hit the turn signal the light came on
and took like 45 seconds before it would blink. So I got a constant time
relay I dont drive that car anymore I can pull the constant time relay out
and find out what makes it constant and then engineer it into the light
delay unit. I should be able to get to it later this week as I am going to
be finishing up my DeLorean in time for the show.
