Has it occurred to you, Bill, that there's a very good reason the speedo is set up for clockwise rotation, and why do you not think that would apply on a right hand drive vehicle? (I'll give you a hint - it doesn't matter which side of the car you drive on, the speedo -tends- to move in the same direction!)
The angle drive housing might be universal left or right hand drive, but the gears in a delorean drive are very definitely specific to a left hand drive car, otherwise the speedo would be going backwards.
