[DML] Re: DeLorean Economic Conditions

I feel sorry for the poor dreamers at DMC who worked against very
adverse economic conditions (among their many other problems).
Interest rates *AND* inflation (stagflation -- unique in our nation's
history) soared at the very time they were trying to raise capital and
engineer the car. Then a deliberate recession of massive proportions
(which did break the back of stagflation) hit just as the car went to
market. Had JZD and his crew been 1960's or 1980's dreamers, history
might have turned out differently (witness DMCH's success). 

Stong enough tie in?
