[DML] Transmission Pan Stuck? And oil drain plug?

I tried to replace the automatic transmission gasket on my car
today. I drained the fluid and got out all of the bolts holding the
pan in place, but I cannot get the pan itself off. It's like it's
glued to the transmission. I tried prying it with a screwdriver, but
it just seemed to slightly bend the screwdriver and looked like it
was going to bend the pan. It's acting like I never removed the
bolts that hold it in place.
Any ideas? I was expecting it to basically drop right off once I had
the bolts out. I'm pretty sure the only bolts I need to remove are
those running around the perimeter of the pan itself, and there
aren't any others hidden off to the side or something, right?
While I'm here, any ides on how to get a stuck oil drain plug out?
Mine refuses to budge. I might just have to bring it to a garage to
have the oil changed.
Thanks!
