[DML] VIN plates on Canadian DeLoreans

Hi Stian,

I own a canadian Delorean VIN17145  (September 1982) and the weight of the 
car (gross = 3,244 lbs) is shown in pounds, not in kilogs, on the plate.
This is surprising as the metric system was implemented in Canada from 1970 
to 1981.
