I own 03513 and have for over 25 years. The first 24 years the car was  
stock, last year I have the stage 2 and all the others goodies (exhaust,  
suspension, ignition) installed. The difference is like night and day, I can  tell you 
that the car now runs like a sports car and it never did before. I  would not 
think twice about shelling out the money to upgrade the car, it is  worth 
every penny.
