I understand the confusion amongst the ignorant public-ADD-sound bite generation,
but Stephen did get John's approval to use the name (I know, I know... playing Marc's Advocate... where's the "proof").

When DMCH starts referring to themselves as "The Original DeLorean Motor Company"
(much like a local pizza chain here, "The Original Gino's Pizza") then I will start to worry. 

Regarding his "real" name... 
Sandor signed his first message with his real first name. And his REAL last name is at the top of all his postings just like yours is.

While that is all true, they are NOT the company that
John DeLorean started.  

I find it amazing that anyone would treat the company
in Texas as anything other than what it is..  A
BUSINESS.
