You are hired!...   I would really appreciate your efforts in trying to
track someone to make an adapter plate.   I love the gear ratios of the
Delorean Transmission.   I would be willing to pay for your efforts (someone
of your obvious talents and expertise) to be able to explain what is needed
in the adapter plate configuration.
