[DML] Throttle cable spool

The spindle upon which the throttle cable spool sits has a nylon 
bushing that slips down over the shaft, inside the spool.  There's 
a "C" clip that holds the whole assembly in place.

My nylon bushing is split top to bottom and I'm not sure if it's 
supposed to be or if it's just broken.  I can't seem to find that part 
in any of the catalogs (probably just not looking at the right 
diagram).  Can you help me find it and to know if it's supposed to be 
split or if I should try to order a new one from someone?
