[DML] scam alert - suspicious reply to my DML ad

I thought I'd alert anyone listing a D for sale about the email I got from this 
guy.


FWIW, among several replies to my lising that do look sincere, I received 
one obvious scam from

MAXWELL HOWE howemax_16 (at) yahoo.com

who offered me my asking price much too quickly and without asking for 
photos, and asked to send me $6.5K  extra so I could reimburse his 
"agent" when he picked up the car.  My husband ran the IP address and  - 
no surprise - Lagos Nigeria.
