1) throttle cable/arm getting stuck. Easy to check, when idling too
high, try pushing on the throttle arm.
2) Idlespeed ecu gone funny - quite common.
Either way, The engine is supposed to idle at 850rpm, not 1000 - 1200 so
something's not right.
