[DML] Cold Start Valve circuit

Its a bit hard  to follow this postt while using my Treo on the trian but....

 Make suree the pins on the cold start valve cconnector are not pushed intto 
the connector and  not making contact.

Figure out a way of checking the continuity of the connector CSValve together.
